Freud's Three Levels of Mind

Freud delineated the mind in the distinct levels, each with their own roles and functions:

• The preconscious consists of anything that could potentially be brought into the conscious mind.
• The conscious mind contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about rationally. This also includes our memory, which is not always part of consciousness but can be retrieved easily and brought into awareness.
• The unconscious mind is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that are outside of our conscious awareness. The unconscious contains contents that are unacceptable or unpleasant, such as feelings of pain, anxiety, or conflict.

Freud likened the three levels of mind to an iceberg. The top of the iceberg that you can see above the water represents the conscious mind. The part of the iceberg that is submerged below the water but is still visible is the preconscious. The bulk of the iceberg that lies unseen beneath the waterline represents the unconscious.

GST Council 32 meeting: जीएसटी काउंसिल ने कंपोजिशन स्कीम में बदलाव किया, अब 40 लाख रुपए के टर्नओवर पर जीएसटी

GST Council Meeting: जीएसटी काउंसिल की बैठक खत्म हो गई है। इस बैठक में कई बड़े फैसले हुए हैं। इन सभी फैसलों की जानकारी वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने दी। जानिए काउंसिल के बड़े फैसले।

नई दिल्ली: जीएसटी काउंसिल ने कंपोजिशन स्कीम को लेकर बड़ा फैसला किया है। जीएसटी काउंसिल ने आज कारोबारियों लिए कई बड़े फैसले लिए हैं। ये काउंसिल की 32वी बैठक थी। जीएसटी काउंसिल ने कंपोजिशन स्कीम और जीएसटी की सीमा में कई बदलाव किए हैं। जानिए जीएसटी से जुड़े कौन-कौन से बड़े फैसले आज हुए।

जीएसटी काउंसिल आज जीएसटी के दायरे को बढ़ा दिया है। अभी 20 लाख रुपए तक टर्नओवर करने वाले कारोबारी जीएसटी के दायरे में आते हैं। अब 40 लाख टर्नओवर वाले जीएसटी के दायरे में आएंगे। छोटे राज्यों में जो लिमिट 10 लाख थी वो लिमिट 20 लाख रुपए कर दी गई है। इस कारण कई छोटे कारोबारी जीएसटी के दायरे से बाहर हो जाएंगे। इन छोटे कारोबारियों को जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन का झंझट नहीं रहेगा।

बैठक में कंपोजिशन स्कीम की सीमा को 1.5 करोड़ रुपए कर दिया गया है। अभी तक ये सीमा 1 करोड़ रुपए थी। ये नई सीमा 1 अप्रैल 2019 से लागू होगी। इसके अलावा जीएसटी काउंसिल ने एसएमई को वार्षिक रिटर्न फाइल करने की छूट दे दी है। इसका अर्थ है 1 अप्रैल 2019 से इन कारोबारियों को साल में 1 ही रिटर्न भरना होगा। हालांकि इन छोटे कारोबारियों को हर तिमाही टैक्स भरना होगा। पहले इनको हर तिमाही में रिटर्न भी भरना होता था।

इस बैठक में 50 लाख तक का कारोबार करने वाली सर्विस सेक्टर यूनिट को भी कंपोजिशन स्कीम के दायरे में लाया गया है। इन पर 6 फीसदी की दर से टैक्स लगेगा। जीएसटी काउंसिल ने केरल को 2 साल के लिए 1 फीसदी आपदा सेस लगाने की मंजूरी भी दे दी है। अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन फ्लैट और मकान पर जीएसटी की दर घटाने का फैसला टाल दिया गया है। इसके लिए कमेटी बनाई गई है।

अरुण जेटली ने कहा कि रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर पर जीएसटी के मामले को 7 मंत्रियों के समूह की समिति देखेगी। इस मामले को काउंसिल की अगली बैठक में देखा जाएगा। इसी तरह लॉटरी के मुद्दे को भी मंत्रियों का समूह ही देखेगा। लॉटरी पर जीएसटी का मामला भी काउंसिल की अगली बैठक में होगा। 

रिवेन्यू सेक्रेटरी अजय भूषण पांडे के मुताबिक सीमेंट पर जीएसटी घटाना इस बार की बैठक के एजेंडा में नहीं था। वहीं अब जीएसटी के जरिए आय बढ़ने पर ही जीएसटी की दरों में कटौती पर कोई फैसला होगा। जीएसटी काउंसिल ने आज कुल मिलाकर छोटे कारोबारियों को बड़ी राहत दी है।

जीएसटी काउंसिल की बैठक में सभी राज्यों के वित्तमंत्री शामिल होते हैं। ये बैठक आज दिल्ली में वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली की अध्यक्षता में हुई । जीएसटी से जुड़े हुए सभी मामलों पर फैसला जीएसटी काउंसिल ही लेती है। पिछली बैठक में 26 चीजों पर टैक्स की दर को कम किया गया था।
